Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using sketchkit.art (the "Site") operated by SketchKit ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
SketchKit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Upload images that contain illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content promoting violence, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Site's source code
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content from the Site
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or the servers and networks connected to it
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site
2. Image uploads
All images you upload to SketchKit are processed locally in your browser. We do not receive, store, or have access to any images you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any images you use with our tools comply with applicable laws and third-party rights (including copyright, privacy, and publicity rights).
3. Intellectual property
3.1 Our content
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SketchKit and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
3.2 Your content
You retain all rights to the images you upload. Because images are processed locally and never transmitted to us, we do not acquire any licence or ownership rights over your content.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ITS TOOLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Site.
5. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SKETCHKIT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site shall not exceed £50 (fifty British pounds).

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
